How did you get into the adult industry?
Caressa: I was doing webcams but quickly tired as the lack of personal contact was a real turn-off. It was really nothing more than 3-D phone sex. Plus, I wanted to go to medical school (which was a big part of my getting into the business in the first place—to pay for my studies). BThis platform was both uninspiring and questionable. So I decided to work at the Bunny Ranch Brothel—a 100% legal endeavor which would put me face-to-face with my clients. I did, in fact, earn enough to take the time to go to school and receive a degree, after which I returned to the Bunny Ranch and earned the money to pay off my student loans!
I’m still at the Bunny Ranch, entertaining and engaging my fans—but the end game has me opening my own Med-Spa in the next couple of years.

What's the best thing about the industry?
Caressa: The best part of being in the legal brothel business is that I actually get to be with my suitors. I get to help guide virgins, show couples the joys of a threesome—enable those with handicaps or ED issues. This is the real deal, not fake—not a come-on—but rather the completion of fantasy and desire.
JJ: It's great that you see the real value of the work you do. I think that's important.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Caressa: Honestly, there is no downside. I’m in a warm and cozy environment, with all the accruements of a world class resort, surrounded by tons of beautiful girls. I’m having gobs of sex and stimulation—frankly, there is no downside.

What's the funniest thing to happen whilst working?
Caressa: Some of the people who come to the Bunny Ranch can kind of crack you up—whether it’s horn guy (he likes to run around honking those old bicycle air horns)—or diaper boy (he likes to be pampered—literally!). But one moment stands out. I had a lover who kept asking if I liked spaghetti and meatballs. I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine—and simply adore Bolognese sauce. Well, just when I thought we were going to a fancy Italian Restaurant, he pulled down his pants, looked me in the eye, and said, “Mangia!” I ate real good that night—only not the way I thought!

What are you up to work wise at the moment?
Caressa: I’m here at the ranch, booking mostly by appointment. Life is good—sex is great—what more can a girl ask for?

Whats your favourite holiday destination?
Caressa: I must say I’ve traveled extensively, but right here, in my own backyard, we have one of the most fabulously romantic destinations—Lake Tahoe. First, it’s one of the most pristine lakes in the world—surrounded by pine and fir and awesome vistas. It also houses some of the coolest night spots and casinos. It’s a little Monaco situated right there in the mountains and only a short distance away from me!

Tell me one thing about yourself that people would never know by looking at you?
Caressa: I suspect most folks don’t realize that I am, in fact, a certified medical practitioner. A girl deeply engaged in holistic medicine and the tantric lifestyle. I believe most people make immediate judgments based on their visual reality. And blondes with bods are not often considered cerebral types. Well get over it—I can engage in conversation for hours—then again, I can also, you-know-what for hours!
JJ: Haha you are the best of both worlds a scholar and and a beauty. You have a big heart too which goes an even longer way than brains or beauty.
What's been your biggest achievement in life or work?
Caressa: Working towards my education and accomplishing that mission was a benchmark for me. That said, I feel blessed by my ability to provide loving comfort—carnal comfort, to those often times left behind. I speak of the handicapped or less physically blessed—those shy and bashful types whom never get a shot at the “hot chick”. I’m proud of what I do and what I’ve accomplished. And despite the stigma of my line-of-work, I’m a proud woman!
JJ: If there was ever going to be a poster child for the adult industry it would be you. Hearing you speak of how much pride you have is very touching. I'm very impressed by your passion.
What's the most challenging thing you've overcome?
Caressa: Seriously, what I just mentioned. Refusing to be regulated to the box of dumb blonde! People are so defining, judgmental and biased by their perceived notions of whom and what someone is, based on how they look. I’ve done every little thing I’ve ever set my mind to—and that required determination not a derriere…
JJ: I couldn't agree with you more. The stigma attached to looks both good and bad are something irrelevant in today's world. More people should realise that.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done?
Caressa: Well, for my birthday a wonderful client came out, booked a room at the Atlantis Hotel, provided us with a massage and topped it off with a set of diamond earrings and a necklace. It was fabulous! That said, I once received 6 dozen roses, a kit to make lobster spread and whoopee cookies—both experiences were adorable.
JJ: It's always nice for your admirers to see how much you appreciate their gifts etc.
What's one bit of advice for anyone wanting to get into the adult industry?
Caressa: Don’t do it simply for the money. You must enjoy sex. You must enjoy integrating with others—and I mean all types. It is not the business for the timid or thin of skin. Only a completely self-confident woman should consider this line of work!
JJ: I think that's very sensible advice and I hope people pay attention to it.
What do you think you'll do if you leave the industry?
Caressa: No doubt about that. I’ll be opening and operating a Med-Spa. And who knows, maybe I’ll write sex advice books. Whatever it is—I’ll be spreading the good news of sex, health and self-empowerment!
