JJ: Welcome to Inside the Porn. I've not had the privilege of interviewing many goth performers, so it's a real pleasure.
Tell me how did you get into the industry?
Charlotte: When I started developing a porn obsession in high school I began researching it as a career option. March 2015 I joined MyFreeCams. After getting used to being naked on camera I was recruited by an agency and did my first scene August 2015. Quit the agency right after that because fuck giving anyone 20% of my paycheck, and never looked back since.
JJ: Well why pay someone for something you can do yourself haha. Having a porn obsession must have helped you a lot once you got into the industry.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Charlotte: The best thing about the industry for me is being able to do fun work that fits my needs and supports me and my loved ones. Also, meeting loads of interesting people, making great friends, and traveling the world on someone else's dime.
JJ: Seeing the world is always a big perk especially if someone else is paying haha.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Charlotte: There will always be people trying to fuck you over, rip you off, coerce you into doing things you're uncomfortable with, and lying to you. You always have to be wary, stand up for yourself, and have thick skin. You have to be able to put up with people saying mean shit to/about you without letting anything break you down.
JJ: Unfortunately there are people out there who are disingenuous and will try to take advantage but luckily there are some great people out there too.
What's the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
Charlotte: That's very hard to narrow down to just one memory because so many funny things happen every time I work, both on purpose and on accident, and I wish some of the behind the scenes bloopers would make it to the final cut. A lot of times I have to deliver lines and it's so hard to keep a straight face and not crack up. Just recently I did a scene where I was at a tattoo shop asking the artist there to put "EAT ME" with an arrow pointing down to my pussy. My cheeks were so sore at the end of the shoot from constantly laughing.
JJ: I think being able to have a laugh and enjoying yourself is paramount to being able to create great work.
What are you doing at the moment work wise?
Charlotte: Sex-wise I'm doing scenes, making/selling videos and trying to webcam more. I recently feature danced at a strip club for the first time which was awesome. I've also been traveling a lot as usual. Outside of sex work I also get paid to prepare tax returns for people and businesses, although my pussy and ass are the real moneymakers for me.

JJ: What's your favourite film?
Charlotte: I can't narrow it down to just one. Taxi Driver is probably my #1 favorite but I also love Alien, Blade Runner, The Shining, Irreversible, Suspiria (Italian with English subtitles is waaay better than the English dubbed version), things like that.
JJ: Some real classic films there. And I'll be giving Suspiria a look as soon as I can get a copy.
What's your favourite holiday destination?
Charlotte: I love London because it's constant fun even though the weather is shit and everything is expensive.
JJ: London is a bustling city and tbh I don't really enjoy it there but I am a big fan of the history in London.
Tell me one thing about yourself I wouldn't know just by looking at you?
Charlotte: If I eat too much chocolate or tomato I throw up from the acid content.
JJ: That's good to know. Don't send you chocolate or tomatoes haha.
What's your biggest achievement in life or work so far?
Charlotte: Being able to fit a human fist in my ass.
JJ: Well that's one of life's little challenges checked off the list haha.
What's the most challenging thing you've had to overcome?
Charlotte: I had a shitty abusive childhood and grew up starving, now I get to lay naked in piles of money so I win at life basically.
JJ: That's shows no matter what your background you can make your life into whatever you want it to be.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you?
Charlotte: I've been given thousands of dollars which is amazing.
JJ: Well I'm sure he thought you were worth it I'm sure.
What would you say to someone thinking about getting into the industry?
Charlotte: Do it, but research it first. That's very important to do.
JJ: What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry?
Charlotte: I'll probably finish my accounting degree and become either an enrolled agent or a certified public accountant. Then again I could completely change my mind and do something else. It's in the air at this point but I do plan on retiring eventually to a more stable job.
JJ: Well it sounds like you've got a lot of options open to you in the future which is always a good position to be in.
Finally, what's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Charlotte: In high school apparently there was a rumor going around that I was a satanist who murdered and sacrificed a homeless man who lived around the local buttes. It was so far-fetched because I was such a quiet and shy girl who would have been too tiny and lazy/stoned to murder anybody.
JJ: That's the best rumour I've heard about someone so far. You've got to love high school. So many crazy things get spread there haha.
